• the statement that the diamond has been identified as a natural diamond
• reference number
• weight (carat)
• shape and measurements
• clarity grade
• colour and fluorescence grade
• cut: proportions, symmetry and polish grade
• comments and identifications marks, if applicable
• plot
• place of issue
• date of issue
• reference to IDC
